Family Engagement Assessment (FEA) The Family Engagement Assessment (FEA) is a comprehensive process that measures a school’s capacity for developing effective home-school partnerships and recommends solutions for enriching and prioritizing family engagement practices. The FEA is designed to measure how welcome families are in your school and in the learning process, how communication and information are fostered with families, and how families are empowered to take part in their child’s education.
