Personal Property Auto-Wares Group is not responsible for damage or theft of any employee personal property. Bulletin Boards Auto-Wares authorizes only Company advertisements to be posted on company bulletin boards. Political, religious, or obscene pornographic material, jokes, etc. are not to be distributed or posted on Company premises. Visitors Family and friends are required to contact the manager if it is necessary to visit an employee while working. Visitors should not enter unauthorized areas. Visitors may not congregate on premises during break and meal times. Solicitations To minimize interference with work, solicitation of any kind on Company property and on Company time is prohibited. Personal Driving Record For all employees and agents (especially Sales personnel who use their own car in the day-to-day fulfillment of their job duties and responsibilities, or anyone who may use a company-owned vehicle in their work), maintaining an excellent driving record is imperative and required by Auto-Wares Group and our insurance carrier. If for any reason you should lose your driver’s license, have your license suspended, or become uninsurable for any reason, and you are unable to perform your job with Auto-Wares Group as a result of same, you may be separated from Auto-Wares Group for CAUSE NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO AUTO-WARES GROUP . The same applies with employees in other job categories and classification; simply stated, if you cannot “get to work” due to your failure to maintain your insurability or a valid driver’s license, your separation from Auto-Wares Group will be for CAUSE NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO AUTO-WARES GROUP . Note: If you drive a personal vehicle to perform your job duties, it is your obligation to maintain current vehicle insurance. All employees are hereby made aware of this policy and agree to same. Security and Confidentiality It is the policy of Auto-Wares Group to maintain strict control over entrances to the premises, access to work locations and records, computer information, sales programs, and cash or other items of monetary value. Employees with access to confidential Company and customer information will be required to use sound judgment and discretion in carrying out their duties and will be held accountable for any wrongdoings or acts of indiscretion.
