Abuse of any of the aforementioned requirements will result in disciplinary action, up to and including discharge. Information about Auto-Wares Group, its customers, suppliers, or employees should not be divulged to anyone other than persons who have a right to know or are authorized to receive such information. Employees must enter and exit buildings at “employee entrance” only. Employees leaving the building for other than Company reasons must punch out on their time card. KnowBe4 Monthly Training Policy To support our commitment to cybersecurity awareness and protection, we have partnered with KnowBe4, a leading security training platform. KnowBe4 provides interactive, easy-to- follow training that helps employees recognize and prevent cyber threats such as phishing, malware, and social engineering. Policy Requirement All employees with a company-provided email address are required to complete monthly KnowBe4 training. These training modules are brief and designed to keep you informed and vigilant against current cybersecurity risks. Failure to complete the training may result in follow-up from your supervisor and could lead to further action if noncompliance continues. Personal Social Networking The Company prohibits the use of employer logos, uniforms, and brands in blogs and social networks. The Company also prohibits past and present employees from implying that they represent the Company in any personal blogs and social networks. Past and present employees will be held responsible for any misuse of employer, customer, and co-worker information disclosed in blogs and social networks. Refer to the Auto-Wares Employee Online Social Media Activities Policy for the full policy and guidelines. Company Communications All communications equipment, including e-mail, fax machines, copiers, etc. are for Company use. When writing emails please use a business-like manner. Abusive, sexual, threatening language will not be tolerated. Violations will be subject to disciplinary action that could result in discharge .
