Substance Abuse and Testing Policy - continued Substance abuse testing may be necessary to protect the safety of our work force, our work place, and the public. If Auto-Wares Group Management suspects substance abuse as the cause for repeated lates, absences, or other problems, a substance abuse test will be required immediately. Violation of the above Company policy and refusal to cooperate in an investigation may result in discipline, up to and including discharge . Harassment Policy It is the policy of Auto-Wares Group to promote a productive work environment and not tolerate verbal or physical conduct by any employee that harasses, disrupts, or interferes with another employee’s work performance or that creates an intimidating, offensive, or hostile environment. In that regard, the Company expressly prohibits any form of unlawful harassment based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, status as a Vietnam-era or special disabled veteran, or status in any group protected by federal, state, or local law. As an employee of Auto-Wares Group, you have an obligation to report any harassing or retaliatory conduct which you witness or is specifically directed at you as an individual, or that you learn from informal means, that you feel is offensive and unwelcome. You should report this conduct regardless of who committed the conduct, including coworkers, managers, supervisors, customers, or any other persons employed by the Company or any persons present at the Company. You can report all harassment to the Auto-Wares hotline at: 1-844-818-6886. The Company’s Human Resource Representative will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate remedial action along with senior management. Employees who believe it would not be appropriate to discuss the matter with their supervisor(s) have various options: • The matter may be reported directly to other senior management who will report the matter to the Human Resource Representative; or • The matter may be reported to the Human Resource Representative directly. All complaints and ensuing investigations will be kept confidential to the maximum extent possible. In any event, retaliation against employees filing complaints, or those cooperating in the investigation arising out of any complaint, will not be tolerated, and those employees, managers, or supervisors found to have retaliated against an employee(s) will be subject to immediate discipline, up to and including termination.
