The stockholders of Auto- Wares Group reserve the right to alter, amend, or discontinue any policy, procedure, or benefit at any time, in a manner that aligns with the best interests of our company, our employees, and our partners. This handbook is not intended to create a contract of employment, nor should it be construed as such. Both you and Auto-Wares Group maintain the right to end employment at any time, for any reason. Only the President of Auto-Wares Group may enter into an employment agreement that differs from the terms set forth in this handbook, and such an agreement must be in writing to be valid. We believe that driving sustainable success starts with clear communication, shared goals, and a united commitment to exceptional service, expert knowledge, and strong partnerships. This handbook replaces all previous verbal or written statements regarding policies, procedures, working conditions, and benefits.
