Over the past year, we have provided an inside look at our safety culture by breaking down our five Core Safety Concepts. These core concepts illustrate and communicate the driving principles behind our philosophy on safety, helping team members and their families understand what the safety of each individual means to P&J. The communication of these concepts starts at the top level of management, with the involvement of our executives.
