Beverley joins Pinsent Masons from the CIPP which she joined in August 2015 as a member of the policy team, later becoming a trainer September in 2017.

MICHELLE SUTTON – HEADOF UK COMPENSATION, REWARD&PENSIONS SUEZ RECYCLING & Recovery (‘Suez’) has appointed Michelle Sutton MCIPPDip SFHEA, as head of compensation, reward and pensions in the UK offering an opportunity to develop a key area. Suez – one of the world’s largest waste, water and resource management companies, with a purpose to protect the environment by putting waste to good use – has some 80,000 employees over five continents in 81 countries. Michelle’s team is responsible for paying a workforce of over 5,000, operating in more than 300 locations. The workforce is a mix of manual, operational, processing, manufacturing and engineering. ‘Direct’ reports comprise a human resources (HR) systems manager, payroll manager, pensions manager, compensation and reward co- coordinator, with Michelle reporting to the director of HR.
