4 Eggs beaten 3 C Sugar 3 Tsp Baking Soda 1 ½ Tsp Salt 1 ½ Tsp each of Cinnamon/Cloves 1 Tsp Nutmeg 2 Cups Pumpkin (16 oz) 1 Cup Oil 1 CupWater 3 ½ Cups Flour 1 ½ Cups Nuts (Optional) Cream eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil, and water. Add dry ingredients. Grease two 9” bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minute to one hour. Betty’s Pumpkin Bread Recipe
