RETURN POLICY
COMPANY CERTIFICATIONS Sterngold Dental, LLC operates under a strict quality system which is compliant with the US Food & Drug Administration's Quality System Regulations and CGMP's. With a continued focus producing and delivering superior products and services, Sterngold Dental, LLC is certified to EN ISO 13485:2016 and MDSAP for the European Union, United States, Canada, Brazil and Japan. Sterngold also complies with the European Medical Devices Directive, (MDD) 93/42/EEC. FDA Quality System Regulations and MHLW Ministerial Ordinance No. 169.
Please review your invoice and products before opening the package.
All returns must have prior authorization from Sterngold. Please call our Customer ServiceDepartment at 800-243-9942 toobtaina return authorization number and clearly write the issued number on the outside of the Shipping package. All unopened products must be in resalable condition. A copy of the invoice or packing slip must be enclosed with the return. Return freight costs are the Customer's responsibility. Sterngold is not responsible for any lost or damaged products returned to us. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for return processing. No credit will be provided for freight costs on original invoice. ATTACHMENTS, IMPLANTS AND CONSUMABLES No returns are accepted after 30 days from purchase date. Any opened products will not be accepted for credit. Any unopened product returned within 30 days of the invoice date will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. ALLOYS Our 30-day product guarantee on all alloys permits the return of metal in quantities of 5-ounces or less. When returned within 30 days, credit will be issued at the original invoice price for the quantityofmaterialreturned(includingbuttons).Unopenedmetal returned within 30 days from delivery date will be issued credit at 20% off the original invoice price or intrinsic based on the current market, whichever is lower. OSHA REGULATIONS: To comply with Federal Regulations and Sterngold's infection control program, all items not returned in their original, unopened packaging must be disinfected and shipped in compliance with current OSHA rules. Failure to follow OSHA regulations will result in your package being returned at your expense. Items which can be used in the mouth must be disinfected and repackaged in a heat sealed envelope labeled with a notice of disinfection.

Prosthetic Procedure utilizing SternVantage ® Varnish, EZ PickUp ® &QuickLine ™
2 Add acrylic or composite over the top and sides of the metal jackets. Sterngold’s EZ PickUp ® material is sug- gested.
1 Prepare recesses in denture or partial with mesial and distal undercuts. Use SternVantage ® Varnish LC to prime the recesses over the metal jackets. Wait 30 seconds and then light cure for 20 seconds.
3 Place additional resin in the recesses of the overdenture and seat the prosthesis passively in the mouth.
6 A soft reline mate- rial, like Sterngold’s popular QuickLine ™ , is rec- ommended to cushion the tissue and implants during the healing phase.
4 Passive seating is most important. If the tissue is displaced, it will make accurate seating of the attachments very difficult.
5 Remove the denture. Fill any defects with resin and finish the prosthe- sis. Excess EZ PickUp ® can easily be removed from the unvarnished areas.

STERNVANTAGE ® VARNISH LC Unfilled light cure resin which produces a high gloss, hard surface with no polishing necessary
SternVantage Varnish LC is a light cure one-component surface coating material that cures without a smear layer caused by oxygen inhibition. It has been developed especially for caseswhere the surface of acrylatematerials after polymerization exhibits an undesired or intolerable smear layer. It can also be used in cases where increased surface hardness is desirable, or where the oral environment must be protected from elution of monomers out of freshly polymerized materials. Treatment of polymerized composite surfaces, custom trays or temporary crowns and bridges with Varnish LC yields a hard, high gloss, solvent and stain resistant, ultra dry finish with a smooth surface.
Plaque formation and deposition of calculus is minimized. Varnish LC is cured with a common dental halogen light unit or in an UV or stroboscopic light unit.

QUICKLINE ™ Long-term Soft Reline Material
This long-term soft relining material can be directly applied from its automixing cartridge. The self-curing silicones allow for easy working, either using a direct or indirect lining procedure. Adhesion to the usual PMMA based materials for dentures is achieved by a specially developed highly active primer. The material is dispensed in a 1:1 ratio of catalyst and base and is light pink in color. ALUMINUMOXIDE ABRASIVES Unlike competitive oxides manufactured from reprocessedmaterials, Sterngold starts with virgin Grade A aluminumoxide. It is electrically fused, finished to a 50 micron size powder, and then further refined to produce a clean, white oxide of 99.6% purity. Our less expensive tan oxide is manufactured to a slightly lesser purity; 96.6%with trace amounts of iron. Our technical department has never found a significant difference in its performance when compared to our white oxide.
