2025 OneWorld Annual Report

We remain committed to reducing geographical, financial and other barriers to care. In 2025, we grew our physical presence and services. This included establishing our first School-Based Health Center (SBHC) to serve Westside Community Schools, as our other School-Based Health Centers offered additional behavioral health. Meanwhile, the Learning Community Center of South Omaha opened a satellite at Bancroft Elementary to serve more families. The pediatric dental clinic completed more treatment plans than ever before and extended hours – thanks to a new dentist, hygienist and support staff. Our dental visits at all locations reached an all-time high. Our Stephen Center clinic grew women’s health services, and a partnership with Creighton University allowed staff to offer pediatric wellness days. The OneWorld Pharmacy noted steady growth in its Med Sync and Unit Dose Packaging program, and advocacy for the 340B program protected patient access to lower-cost drugs. Finally, we grew digital access to health services. Since its launch in 2023, the OneWorld Patient Portal has gained 11,595 enrollments. BEACON FOR HEALTH CARE ACCESS
