Clear strategy shows us where we are and illuminates a path forward. Last year, OneWorld completed action steps for the 2023-2026 strategic plan – and created a new plan to guide us through 2030. Under the concluding strategic plan, OneWorld celebrated achievements relating to community wellness, site expansions, providing exceptional holistic care and services, offering easier access to care, and employee wellbeing. These achievements were notable, yet more work lies ahead as OneWorld strives to close service gaps in our community and make quality health care and support services accessible to all. Together, OneWorld’s staff, board members and community stakeholders set a bold strategic aim for 2026-2030: to position OneWorld as the region’s best primary health care organization dedicated to comprehensive Care for All People. The plan includes four strategic objectives, each with its own set of tactics. The objectives are based on the community health needs assessment, patient and employee insights, and a changing external environment. These objectives are to: • Strengthen our capacity to meet growing community needs • Harness technology to enhance the patient and employee experience • Enhance the perception of OneWorld across the metropolitan area • Expand our array of services to facilitate access to comprehensive primary care With a robust strategic plan guiding our work, OneWorld remains dedicated to carrying our mission forward far into the future.
