BEST IN TOW PROGRAM GUIDELINES

SUBMISSIONS & DUE DATE Complete submissions must be received no later than August 31, 2024, to BestInTow@natl.com . A complete submission includes the following: • Most recent company-issued Auto and Workers' Compensation Loss Runs, inclusive of the loss evaluation period from 6/30/2023-6/30/2024, valued no earlier than 7/1/2024. • Loss runs must include loss date, date reported to company, and total incurred loss amount. • Total Payroll during 6/30/23 – 6/30/24. • Documentation for all applicable best practice subcategories as described in Section 7 of the program guidelines. • Completed Best in Tow Program Application.

AWARD AMOUNTS Based on the highest cumulative points earned for all categories, the top 3 best-in-class towing & recovery specialists will be awarded at the 2024 International Towing Museum Weekend following the end of the program period.

• First place will receive $10,000 • Second place will receive $5,000 • Third will receive $2,500

Additionally, TowCap Premier membership will contribute to the International Towing & Recovery Survivor Fund. NOTE: The first-place winner of the most recent Best in Tow Program is ineligible to receive first place for the 2023-2024 Best in Tow Program; however, the prior first-place winner is eligible for the second or third place award. If there is a tie, the awards will be split amongst the winning participants. National Interstate reserves the right to modify the terms of the program at any time. The inability to verify information based on documentation provided within the initial submission may result in no points being awarded or disqualification.
