COLIN BARKER
About the Award Dr. Judith Herrold dedicated 34 years of service at UWSP with teaching, advising, serving faculty governance, mentoring new faculty, and her student advocacy. Her legacy of caring for students continues with this scholarship that supports outstanding Athletic Training students. Colin graduated with a bachelor’s degree in health promotion and wellness last summer from UWSP and is currently earning his master’s degree in athletic training. Colin works for the School of Health Sciences and Wellness as a graduate assistant. He is conducting research on the effects of COVID-19 on aerobic capacity in the college-aged population, which was recently presented to UWSP’s Board of Regents.
