About the Award This scholarship was established by UW-Stevens Point alumna, Karen McCulloch, to honor the memory of her parents, Donald and Eleanor Ansay. The Ansays firmly believed in the value of education. Their four children and several of their grandchildren attended UW-Stevens Point. Karen, herself, earned a Bachelor's of Science in Home Economics Education from UWSP in 1975 and a Master's of Science in 1978. Donald & Eleanor Ansay Memorial Family and Consumer Sciences Scholarship Maddi is a member of all three Stevens Point, Wisconsin and American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences. She plans to be a teacher in Southeastern WI after graduation. Maddie has made the College of Professional Studies Dean’s List throughout each semester at UWSP and is a member of Phi Eta Sigma.
