SOFIAH VON DRASEK Paul Staddler Honorary Scholarship Sofiah served as the treasurer of UWSP’s Professional Speaking and Leadership Club and is now the president. She won Senator of the Year while being a part of the Student Government Association. Sofiah is the co-president of National Wellness Institute-Student Chapter and is the Residence Hall Association’s vice president and public relations chairperson. Sofiah achieved level one of Toastmasters and has made the College of Professional Studies Dean’s List. About the Award Paul Staddler was a graduate of UWSP in 1982 with a degree in physical education and health education. Both Paul and his wife Doris, who is also a UWSP graduate, worked their way through college by way of loans, jobs, and occasional scholarship. This scholarship was a life-goal of Paul’s was to assist future UWSP students with their college expenses.
