Example Total Yardage For an Order 50 Vista Mid Back Chairs Model #302 #302 has a seat COM of 1.0 yd per seat
Step 1: Total Number of your models Set how many of a model you will order Step 2: COM for your model
Find the COM yardage requirement for your model. This information is listed in the BASE MODEL table in each series. Also see COM/COL information by different seat size options, upholstered arms and seat/ back multi-use additions on the series’ pricing page. Step 3: Determine width and repeat Make adjustments to the yardage based on your textile’s width and repeat. The width is the distance from one selvage edge to the other. The repeat is the length between the first and additional appearance of the same element within a design. Select your multiplier based on width and repeat using the “COM WIDTH & REPEAT TABLE.” This amount needs to be added to the total yardage sent. Step 4: Round the total yardage Round to the nearest half yard. This is the total amount of COM yardage that needs to be sent to Via Seating.
