The exclusive surface finishes from AXOR FinishPlus set new standards, from the lacquered Matt Black surface to Polished Gold Optic and Brushed Black Chrome. Surfaces of exceptional brilliance, robustness, and dura- bility, manufactured in Germany to the highest technical standards—from single pieces to large quantities. AXOR FinishPlus PVD surface finishes have character. Each color is the result of intensive development and refined in AXOR’s vacuum chambers using the PVD (physical vapor deposition) process. An electric arcdis- charges in the high vacuum, gases combine with zirconium. The mixture hits the faucet’s chrome surface. This high-tech process gives the surface unprecedented brilliance and high resistance to scratches, cleaning agents, and the salt of the sea air.
