6.1 Areas you must not print in

The design of the mail piece means the Delivery Address will either be printed direct on to the mail piece or on an insert to be read through a window. In both cases certain requirements must be met to ensure the information is visible so can be read by our machines. The Delivery Address Block must be within the region of interest. This is the location where the machines are programmed to look and confirm accurate address information.

Incorrect fonts will not be recognised by the machine as a valid and accurate address.
