Summer wouldn’t be summer without barbecue, and here in Orlando, we’re spoiled for choice when it comes to restaurants with a mouthwatering selection of smoked meats. There are too many high-quality joints to list here, but we wanted to share a few of our favorites. 4 RIVERS SMOKEHOUSE Locations throughout Orlando, Winter Park, and Beyond While its menu has grown to encompass multiple schools of barbecue, 4 Rivers Smokehouse is best known for their Texas classics. Brisket, smoked turkey, and beef ribs are particular highlights. They
also offer a variety of vegetarian options, a laundry list of sides, and rubs and sauces to take home. 4 Rivers Smokehouse now has locations in multiple states, but it all started right her in Central Florida.

You can expect zippy vinegar-based sauces, Alabama-style slaw, and plenty of pork. While it started as a food truck, Caro-Bama became so popular that they opened up a brick-and-mortar location last year.
