Addiction Professionals (IIBAP), an NPO providing education and training in addiction studies, and youth guidance counselor. In addition to his career in academia at Kennedy-King, Mr. Illige has also worked with the DCFS and the CPS as a school counselor providing care and counseling to many of Chicago’s youth in most urgent need. His creation of the IIBAP was and is a passion project to educate and expand services in the dangerous and deadly addiction area that constantly threatens our US communities both far and wide. Starting with Dr. Wash all the way back at the beginning in 1989, Mr. Illige’s EMAGES priorities have remained steadfast- “My goal is to provide intervention and prevention strategies to help people overcome their obstacles and then become productive members of our productive society.”
