Art Work Specifications
In keeping with our commitment to deliver the quality products you expect from Cawley, it is important to begin with high quality artwork. Please follow the guidelines provided below. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 1.800.822.9539 and ask for your Sales Representative. Send your artwork in one of the following formats: PDF, Illustrator, EPS, CorelDraw, Packaged InDesign, Photoshop, PNG, or a high resolution JPG file. To avoid font issues, package or change fonts to outlines/convert to curves.
IMPORTANT: Images copied from the internet do not work well. These images are typically low resolution files, and do not produce the quality we want to achieve for our customers. Our factory personalized badges will only work with windows compatible fonts. If your art file is larger info@thecawleyco.com than 5M you can upload it to our ftp site. Use a ftp program such as fileZilla or Cyberduck. Please email your artwork to

Upon receiving your artwork, we will email your proof for your review. After we have approval of the proof, the job will be processed and placed into production.
