LONG-TERM VISION FOR GROWTH IN CAPE MAY AND ATLANTIC COUNTIES Just a few weeks after Cooper acquired Cape Regional Health System, Cooper Chairman George E. Norcross III announced his long-term vision for a significant expansion in Cape May and Atlantic counties: “With expected patient volume growth, Cooper will expand the number of specialty care ambulatory offices throughout Cape May and Atlantic counties for the convenience of residents. As growth warrants, Cooper envisions developing a large, multi-specialty campus in the Shore Region, similar to the recently opened Moorestown Campus.”
