DINK FOR A CURE $13K RAISED FOR PINK & TEAL CANCER FUND
Co-hosts Mandy Huggard and Mary Ryan shared their passion for the Pink Roses Teal Magnolias movement and why they raise money for the fund. “I am a breast cancer survivor and Cooper has been instrumental in my care, and I’m super excited to be able to give back to the organization that helped me through the process,” event co-host Mandy Huggard told The Sun recently.
“I became involved with Pink & Teal in honor and memory of my late friend and mentor, Sandy Levenson, a successful and well-known local realtor, who was diagnosed with uterine cancer in 2011,” said Mary Ryan.“ Sandy chaired the Pink Roses Teal Magnolias Committee while she was in remission and when she passed away in 2014 I decided to become involved with Pink & Teal in her memory.”
