FOLDING / UNFOLDING MACHINE
BEWARE OF CRUSHING HAZARD WHEN ENGAGING & DISENGAGING SAFETY LOCKS & IN THE OPERATION OF THE WING FOLDING MECHANISM.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
ALWAYS LIFT MACHINE WITH WHEEL LIFT BEFORE FOLDING/UNFOLDING TO AVOID DAMAGE. NOTE: Beware of pinch points in wing lift area when securing or releasing safety locks. NOTE: Never stand within radius of wings when in raised position, or folding and unfolding. TO UNFOLD MACHINE 1. Fully raise with wheel lift. 2. Release safety pins. 3. Lift wings just free of lift saddle by operating tilt hydraulics (BLUE). 4. Extend wing cylinders to open position (YELLOW). 5. Lower tilt cylinders to work position (BLUE). TO FOLD MACHINE 1. Fully raise with wheel lift. 2. Fully raise tilt (BLUE), and back off slightly so the wings at closing will contact saddle correctly. 3. Fold wings into saddle (YELLOW).

4. Lower into position (BLUE). 5. Secure safety locks or pins.

NOTE: Tractor weight must be equal to machine weight. NOTE: Drawbar pin must be securely fastened with safety chains in place.
DANGER: BEWARE OF UPTHRUST AND DOWN/THRUST ON DRAWBAR DURING OPERATION.
