+ C258 is a nice footed bull that is thick, has a good quarter and a tight sheath. Use him on heifers or cows. + C258 has the 5 th top Marbling EPD of any bull selling! + Dam A43 was a first calf heifer with C258. She was everyone’s favorite heifer of her crop – she is super calm and gentle and always comes up and wants scratched. Her Docility EPD within the top 15 cows of the herd (and the top 1% of the breed) is for real. + Pathfinder donor grandam R217 is certainly a low birth weight cow whose calves grow rapidly. You can see by her progeny sales in the boxes above that her progeny are very well accepted at auction! Progeny work for Brian Taglauer, Murray Farms Inc., Ron & LuAnne Brown, Karla Rogen, Tom Wallum (2), Chris Nelson, Lloyd Baxley, Jody Martens (2), Lynden Smith, High Point Genetics and Crawford Angus. Numerous of these were photo features. See R217’s picture on page 76. + Pathfinder donor great grandam N54 is probably my favorite cow in the herd. She’ll turn 11 years old by sale time and is still going strong! We have stolen several flushes from N54 and then last year pulled her out of production for 6 months to harvest more embryos. She has an exceptional udder and feet. She has put 5 daughters in the herd, which we are very proud of! See her picture on page 6. + Both R217 and N54 are more moderate framed, super deep bodied cows that epitomize the image of the ideal Angus cow. Feminine fronted, beautiful uddered, and soggy. They calve on schedule and bring in a big calf every year. + Please read about great grandam G366 in the box on page 7. She is regarded as the best cow in our 97-year history! Lots 5-21 are from the great Erica cow family.

+ C135 is a slick, powerful bull that is as long as a train! He is wide based, good footed, and has a big scrotal. I’ve had my eye on him for a long time, he’s a stylish bull! + C135 was calm during picture taking, and we got his picture in the first pass – he did great! + We recommend this powerful bull for use on cows. + Please read about sire High Country in the footnote of C135’s paternal brother, Lot 15. + C135 makes the third-in-a-row photo feature P77 has brought to auction! + There is long-standing documented performance and fertility in this pedigree. P77 is a Pathfinder cow with a superior 360 day calving interval. P77’s progeny work for Dylan & Mackenzie Felt-Lewis, Shelly Kinne, Josh Sander, and Roger Cerven. Roger’s bull was the 7 th top weaning weight bull of his crop. One beautiful daughter works in the herd. + Grandam M2 was a really nice uddered cow. Three of M2’s progeny have been photo features in our past sales and work in 3 different states. Her last son that sold when she was 11 years old brought $11,000! Her progeny work for Bruce Herr, Jeff Bellamy, Andy Huffington, David Deal, and Keith Borer. + Great grandam G216’s four sons to come to auction averaged $13,375! One son was the coveted #1 weaning weight bull of his crop and another was the #1 yearling weight bull of his crop! + G216 was a full brother to the Hoover Home Run bull who had a tenure at ORIgen. G216’s dam was a full sister to Hoover Dam’s grandmother!
