+ C202 is a long bodied, square made, level-topped bull. He has a good scrotal. + Genomics pegs C202 very favorable for calving ease. I’ll recommend him for larger framed heifers or cows. Save every daughter you can from C202! + Dam S255 produced a son for the Kelley & Claiser family and a beautiful featured daughter for Deep Creek Angus Ranch that was the 6 th top weaning weight, 3 rd top yearling weight heifer of her crop. TJ Gabriel of Deep Creek sends good reports on her! + S255’s six calves have come at a 365 day calving interval, with two daughters retained in the herd. + Grandam 195G produced until the ripe age of 13 with 12 calves on record at a 366 day calving interval. She did what she was supposed to do year after year, and did it with an excellent udder!

+ C22 is a tank! He’s a big, rugged dude that is really deep. He is a high growth bull we recommend for use on cows. + Dam V33 was one of my favorite heifers of her crop, and she has gone on to be a very productive cow. Her daughters have her style – one beautiful replacement daughter settled first service AI and is going into our replacement herd, and the other was a photo feature in our sale last year selling to repeat customer Nathan Palm. She was the 9 th top weaning weight heifer of her crop. + V33 is a Pathfinder cow (whose mother is also a Pathfinder) with a superior 356 day calving interval. + We were lucky to save V33 as her mother’s replacement, as she has been her only heifer calf! P275’s other sons have sold very well in our sales to Bonnie Campbell, Darin Cerven, Tracy Shaffer, Rod Lovitt, Jamie Humble, and Doug Niemann. She’s one of these cows that has an excellent calf every year. P275 has a 362 day calving interval. + Great grandam K97 produced sons for Three Trees Ranch, Andrew Herzberg, Glen Hanson, Brian Taglauer, and Josh Lohman. The Tree Trees bull was the $43,000 Hoover Hawkeye, whose influence you will see sprinkled through the offering on the dam’s side of pedigrees. I just got an email today from a man that worked at Three Trees during Hawkeye’s time there, and he mentioned that he was a great bull! + Trace this pedigree back on the dam’s side and you will find the grandam of Hoover No Doubt! This has been a tremendous line of cows!

+ C205 is a long bodied bull with lots of body and pounds. He’s got that nice classic Angus head that is very common in the General Lee sons. He is recommended for large framed, well-developed heifers or cows. Retain his daughters! + Dam T302 has an impressive 359 day calving interval. My notes from when she calved her first year tell how she was a very nice female to work with. Her sons work for repeat customers Jim Peterson and Kriss Lightner. Her nice daughter sells as Lot 126. + Grandam R295 is a big gal that has an exceptional amount of depth to go along with it – this has been highly potent in this cow family, as I can think back 4 generations past R295 and they have all been extremely deep bodied, soggy cows. + R295 has a 366 day calving interval which will shorten up to less than 365 days when she calves this spring. R295’s progeny work for Scott Pettit and John Spencer (two sons). + Great grandam N250 had a great career at Hoover Angus! Despite her calves being low birth weight, they sure weaned off heavy. Two progeny were photo features, and she put three daughters back in the herd, one of which earned Pathfinder honors. + N250 comes from a line of highly productive cows – her grandam and great grandam were Pathfinders.

After many decades with no horses at Hoover Angus, Andrew has brought horses back!
