C117 is a clean fronted, long bodied, tight sheath bull. + C117 is recommended for use on cows.
C231 is a bull with nice thickness, an attractive profile, plenty of depth and ideal foot structure. + Genomics finds C231 very favorable for calving ease, and I will recommend him for heifers or cows. + Dam T261 produced one of the top-selling bulls in our 2024 sale at $19,000 to Fast Angus Ranch and Strommen Cattle Co. He was super thick, calm, and the 2 nd top scanning ribeye bull of our sale! T261’s other progeny work for Brett Hardy and John Klein. + T261 has a 364 day calving interval and my notes say when she calved as a two year-old, she had an easy birth and was a good mom. T261’s daughter in the herd produced Lot 67. + Grandam N105’s four sons work for Chris Nelson, Darrell Wagoner, Andy Huffington, and Mark Bright, all repeat customers. They averaged $5875. N105 had a 357 day calving interval. + Great grandam L67 earned Pathfinder honors, as did her tremendous producing dam.
Sire Gibson, owned by Alta Genetics, has been used natural service at Hoover Angus. He is a calving ease bull with high carcass qualities and a super calm temperament. + Dam N21 is still superior uddered at 11 years of age and still going strong with a 363 day calving interval! She excels at fertility and longevity – two of the most economically important traits to commercial cattlemen! + N21 has put two daughters in the herd, one of which raised the standout Lot 88 bull. N21 progeny work for Bryant Cottrill, Les Soukup, Chance Benoit, Steve McFarland, Roger Pohlkamp, and Jerry Findley. Chance’s daughter from N21 was the 2 nd top weaning weight heifer of her crop. + N21 was the heifer featured with Landi on the side of the FarmHer trailer as Landi was one of Marji’s early subjects. + Grandam H263 was lost to lightening before her days should have been done, but she recorded a whopping 9-106 WR and a 364 day calving interval. Her first daughter earned Pathfinder honors. Three other daughters were retained in the herd. Three daughters were among the top 10 adjusted weaning weight heifer calves of their crops. + This cow family has some really strong cows through the generations, and 6 th generation dam N46 has put 25 daughter descendants in the Hoover herd. N46 was a Pathfinder, and gave rise to 12 more Pathfinder descendants – what an amazing accomplishment!

Retaining 1/3 revenue sharing semen interest. + C176 will be popular with commercial cattlemen that sell their calves by the pound! He is a bigger framed, growthy bull with lots of stretch. He offers a different pedigree for our repeat customers. + C176 offers the #1 WW EPD, YW EPD, and RADG EPD in the sale! He has the 2 nd highest $B Value of the bulls selling and one of the top $C Values. Better yet, he has one of the top Docility EPDs of the bulls selling! + C176 was the 6 th top weaning weight bull of his crop! We recommend this growthy bull for use on cows. + Sire Magnitude was used as an AI sire for his big spread from low birth weight to high weaning weight. He progeny are definitely high growth, calm temperament cattle. + Dam R102 has a 364 day calving interval on her progeny. Her daughters work for Jay Bush and Gareld Carpenter. + Grandam L67 earned Pathfinder honors, as did her tremendous producing dam. + Great grandam E298 was the #1 weaning weight, 2 nd top yearling weight heifer of her crop! E298 has produced 6 daughter descendants that have earned Pathfinder status! + Twelve Pathfinders are found in this three-generation pedigree – I believe that is the most of any animal in the sale!

C163 is a really soggy, good quartered bull and a little more moderate in his frame. He’s got natural fleshing ability and a classic Angus-type head. Save his daughters! + C163 is recommended for heifers or cows. + Dam X80 is a low birth weight cow that has a 358 day calving interval. Her first daughter works in the herd. Her first son works for Keller Angus Farms – he was a thick boy! C163 is her third calf. + Grandam T261 produced one of the top-selling bulls in our 2024 sale at $19,000 to Fast Angus Ranch and Strommen Cattle Co. He was super thick, calm, and the 2 nd top scanning ribeye bull of our sale! T261’s other progeny work for Brett Hardy and John Klein. + T261 has a 364 day calving interval and my notes say when she calved as a two year-old, she had an easy birth and was a good mom. + The first two cows “off the pedigree” on the dam’s side have earned Pathfinder honors.
