★ Ultrasound safe to Deep Creek Legitimate 203, due approximately March 15, 2025. ★ B268 is square-made and really complete in her makeup. She’s a pretty gal! ★ B268 has the 2 nd highest Scrotal EPD of any female to sell! This is important, as larger scrotal size is linked to higher heifer fertility. ★ Dam S255 produced a son for the Kelley & Claiser family and a beautiful featured daughter for Deep Creek Angus Ranch that was the 6 th top weaning weight, 3 rd top yearling weight heifer of her crop. TJ Gabriel of Deep Creek sends good reports on her! ★ S255’s five calves have come at a 368 day calving interval, with two daughters retained in the herd. ★ Grandam 195G produced until the ripe age of 13 with 12 calves on record at a 366 day calving interval. She did what she was supposed to do year after year, and did it with an excellent udder! ★ Seven Pathfinders are found in B268’s three-generation pedigree.

★ Ultrasound safe to Mogck Empire 110, due approximately March 2, 2025. ★ B234 is a large framed heifer that still has plenty of body to go along with her frame. She has nice growth EPDs as well as the highest RADG EPD among the females selling. ★ B234 has one of the biggest Scrotal EPDs of the females selling today – large scrotal is positively correlated with higher heifer fertility! ★ For those who believe the Angus breed is getting too small, check out the Optics daughters selling! They have some leg and growth! ★ Dam T216 has a 367 day calving interval which will tighten up to less than 365 days when she calves in the spring. ★ Some highly productive, fertile cows can be traced back in this pedigree, including Pathfinder B320 and the great J327 cow – one of the greatest cows of her day!

★ Ultrasound safe to Mohnen General Lee, due approximately March 3, 2025. ★ B275 is a moderate sized, deep bodied, broody heifer with an attractive look. She’ll make a real nice cow! I have been extremely impressed with Empire daughter udders as 2 year-olds, and B275 should be just the same. ★ B275 has the lowest BW EPD, ties as the 2 nd highest CED EPD, and 3 rd top Milk EPD female to sell! ★ A full sister to B275 works for repeat customer Matt Groves. ★ Pathfinder dam S227 is a superior uddered cow with a 367 day calving interval that will tighten up more when she calves this spring. ★ Grandam L184 was also an excellent uddered cow with great mothering skills. She produced progeny for Michael Kusgen, Tom Tucker, Kyle VanHouweling, and Todd Glendenning. ★ Eight Pathfinders are found in B275’s pedigree, indicating excellent cow power!
Iowa Angus Booth 2024 Iowa State Fair Ty and Gwen don’t have quite enough fingers to show all the Hoover-owned bulls who had over 100 reported calves in the prior year! The board also shows number of Pathfinder cows in Iowa - Hoover Angus has the 2nd largest number of active Pathfinders in the state and over 10% of the state’s total!
