That is why it is so important to celebrate success and to encourage each other. Not every day will be successful. Victory comes from following through with commitment. When we follow through on our commitments, we have cause to celebrate regardless of the result. And we need to have the confidence that we will end up on top if we continue to follow through with making contacts and doing presentations. Every Corporate Director knows that. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT • The minimum points requirement to qualify for a reward is 30 points. Be one of the Top 5 point earners in your market to earn a berth on the cruise liner. Remaining qualifiers will receive cash or travel voucher worth ₱120,000. • The base qualification is for an interior cabin in the cruise liner. However, more than 650 cabins with balconies and more luxurious amenities are available for upgrades. Cabin upgrades will be allocated by highest Fast Track points in each market. Qualifying Executive Directors and above will automatically receive balcony cabins and can earn additional upgrades by earning more Fast Track points. • Registration is required at ph.melaleuca.com/FastTrack. The registration deadline for anyone enrolled prior to March 1, 2025 will be on March 31, 2025. Anyone enrolled after March 1 will have their month of enrolment and the following month to register. HOW DO I EARN POINTS? In March, April, May, and June: • Earn 1 point for each new quality customer enrolled. • Earn 5 points for each new personally enrolled customer who advances to Director 2 for the first time. • Earn 12 points for each new personally enrolled customer who advances to Director 3 for the first time. PERSONALLY DEVELOPED DIRECTOR 2 OR DIRECTOR 3 (5 OR 12 POINTS) • Enrollee must advance to Director 2 or Director 3 for the first time in March, April, May, or June. • Enrollee must be from any participating market.* • Must maintain their qualifying Commission Rate Director 2 or Director 3 for three consecutive months. • Must have four personal enrollments in the contest period (March, April, May, and June).

TIE BREAKER RULES • Most Directors 3 developed during qualification period. • Most Directors 2 developed during qualification period. • The highest organization retention rate with tenure consideration. MARKETING EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS • Qualifying Marketing Executives must have a Commission Rate of Director 3 or above as of June 30, 2025, and also on August 31, 2025. NEW MEMBER REQUIREMENTS • Customers must be from a participating market.* • Enrollment and Member dates must be in the same month. • Must place normal order to meet commitment for three consecutive months (no Backup Orders).

Marketing Executives who enroll four (4) new Members and advance to Director status for the first time in May 2025 will earn DOUBLE their One Time Advancement or Pacesetter Bonus. MARKETING EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS • Must be from the Philippines • Must enroll a minimum of four (4) new Members in May 2025 • Must be a new advancement of Director • Must maintain newly Advanced Commission Rate for three (3) consecutive months with NO Back up Orders

NEW MEMBER REQUIREMENTS • Must be from the Philippines • Enrollment and Member dates must be in May 2025 • Must shop for ₱2,900 or more within the promotion period PAYOUT & OTHER INFORMATION • The doubled Bonus will be reflected in the July 2025 Business Report and paid on August 15, 2025, after maintaining Commission Rate Status of Director or above for three (3) consecutive months. • Marketing Executives should watch the Foundations video within their first three (3) months upon enrollment to qualify for the Pacesetter Bonus.*

Advance to Director 6 between May and August 2025 and receive an additional Bonus of ₱36,000!

PAYOUT & OTHER INFORMATION • The Additional Bonus will be paid after maintaining the Commission Rate of Director 6 for three (3) consecutive months. • All qualifiers must be an active Member and in good standing. To be in good standing, Marketing Executives must comply with the Melaleuca’s Statement of Policies. Melaleuca reserves the right to take corrective action under Policy 43 to Melaleuca’s Statement of Policies, including but not limited to disqualification or forfeiture of the Director 6 Milestone Bonus and/or imposition of fines.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS • Must be from the Philippines.

• Must have at least 20 Active Personal Customers at the time of advancement. • Must be a new advancement of Director 6 between May – August 2025. • Must maintain a commission rate of Director 6 or higher for three (3) consecutive months with NO Backup Orders.

ROAD TO SENIOR DIRECTOR CHALLENGE

QUALIFICATION PERIOD: MAY 1 – DECEMBER 31, 2025

This is the perfect opportunity to set the goal of reaching Senior Director! Earn an all-expenses-paid trip to the 2026 Melaleuca US Convention or a ₱125,000 cash bonus when you advance to Senior Director by December 2025.

PAYOUT & OTHER INFORMATION • If the qualifier chooses the ₱125,000 Additional Bonus it will be paid after maintaining the Commission Rate of Senior Director for three (3) consecutive months. • If the qualifier chooses the US Convention Trip, maintain the Commission Rate of Senior Director for three (3) consecutive months. • The all-expenses-paid trip to the US Convention is scheduled for May 2026. Marketing Executives are responsible for securing their own valid travel documents, such as passports and US visas. • The qualification for the trip will only apply to the Marketing Executive and the legal spouse (if applicable) as this is a business event. • All qualifiers must be an active Member and in good standing. To be in good standing, Marketing Executives must comply with the Melaleuca’s Statement of Policies. Melaleuca reserves the right to take corrective action under Policy 43 to Melaleuca’s Statement of Policies, including but not limited to disqualification or forfeiture of the Road to Senior Director Challenge reward and/ or imposition of fines.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS

MATCHING MENTORING BONUS

QUALIFICATION PERIOD: MAY 1 – JULY 31, 2025

PAYOUT & OTHER INFORMATION • The standard Mentoring Bonus will be paid based on the compensation plan schedule. • For newly developed Director 6 or Senior Director, the Enroller will receive a matching mentoring bonus including the ₱36,000 Director 6 Milestone or ₱125,000 Senior Director Challenge Bonus. • The Matching Bonus, Director 6 Milestone, & Road to Senior Director Bonus will be received when the new Personal Advancing Marketing Executive maintains the new status Commission Rate for three (3) consecutive months with NO Backup Order. Help your Personal Marketing Executives advance from Director to Senior Director in the next 90 days (May to July 2025) and get a Matching Mentoring Bonus!
