Margaret Chirchill has left her job as global privacy compliance expert at PTC Therapeutics to join cybersecurity firm Choice Cyber Solutions as privacy compliance officer. NewTekOne , a financial services firm that caters to small and mid-sized businesses, has hired Taylor Quinn as chief risk officer. Quinn previously worked at Amalgamated Bank as chief audit executive. Blue Ridge Bank , a community bank in North Carolina, has hired Jerry Maloney as chief compliance officer. Maloney joins Blue Ridge after six years at Midland States Bank , the past two of them as chief compliance officer. M&T Bank , a regional bank based in Buffalo, has promoted Kelly O’Brien to chief compliance officer. O’Brien has been with M&T in various roles since 2014 and most recently had been senior vice president and director of the compliance advisory group. AEG Vision has promoted Stephanie Sebastian from director of compliance to senior director. Logistics firm Lineage has promoted Shawn Flebbe from senior regional compliance manager to director of safety and compliance. Rupesh Mohanachandran has
been promoted at Mondelez International from quality assurance lead for cake and biscuit lines (who in their right mind would give up a job testing the quality of cakes? but anyway) to regulatory compliance manager. SiteRx has promoted Nicole Wilson from regulatory compliance counsel to senior counsel for compliance and quality. Wilson has been with the company since 2022. Sela Cooper has been upgraded at food giant Sysco , from supply chain leadership trainee to global trade compliance analyst. Merck has promoted AnnaMarie Merrill , from executive director of ethics and compliance operations to assistant vice president for ethics and compliance and innovative solutions. TikTok , which was still available in the United States last time I checked, has hired Matthew Goldstein as senior global export compliance counsel. Goldstein comes to the social media giant from the law firm Ackerman , where he had been a partner advising clients on export control issues. Milestones Paresh Chiney is celebrating one year at Toyota Motor Corp. , where he is senior director of risk reporting and
data analytics. Kimberly Pittman is
celebrating one year as chief compliance officer and deputy general counsel at HubSpot. Vendors & service providers Christina McGlosson , previously interim head of the whistleblower office at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission , has joined law firm Cohen Milstein Sellers as special counsel in the firm’s whistleblower practice. Open req orders Winrock International , a nonprofit working on economic development around the world, is recruiting a senior director of ethics and compliance . Job can be remote, with a salary range of $189,000 to $225,000. Ameriprise Financial is looking for a chief compliance officer. Job is based in Minneapolis; salary range listed at $176,500 to $238,000. Tesla is looking to fill several global compliance counsel roles, in Texas, California and Washington, D.C. The California role lists a salary range of $172,000 to $430,000; the other two don’t mention salary, but if you’re going to work for Elon, recommend holding out for at least $300,000 and a discounted Model Y.
