When the district transcript is received, you must complete an ILP and may have to adjust courses issued. Students assigned Integrated Math courses while at their previous school/district will complete the Integrated Math 1, 2, and/or 3 courses while enrolled in our Alt Ed programs. Algebra is incorporated in the integrated math curriculum, the equivalency is as follows: Algebra 1=Int Math 1 / Geometry=Int Math 2 / Algebra 2=Int Math 3 Students may only receive credit for courses in their grade level or lower. For example: If a 10 th grade student takes AMER. GOV’T. and/or ECONOMICS, he/she will not receive credit for the course as students will only receive credit when they are taken in their 12 th school year. Always review the district requirements prior to issuing courses and determining the students’ academic pathway. **Elective Courses are available for credit – Please check the course agreements and/or Alt Ed Course List. Electives are primarily for 11 th and 12 th graders who have completed their core courses.
