Student rostering is referenced under the Technology section. Aeries – Attendance, Roster, Student Search etc. is in SS Notebook. For questions/concerns, send an email to AeriesAupport@sbcss.net Student Records – Special Education IEP, EL information and status can be found in Aeries and in SEIS/WebIEP. Records will be sent electronically. Grades – Check with principal/SST for entering grades - When? Where? How? Google Classroom/Canvas Guides is in SS Notebook. ClassLink – Single Sign On. Teachers and students log into programs via ClassLink. Discipline policies and procedures – Please consult your supervising principal. Sub Plan Lessons/Emergency Plans – Plans should be easily accessible and available for subs. Classroom Supplies (pencils and paper, etc.) – Principals will provide information where supplies are kept or how to request. Lottery, Medi-Cal, and Title 1 Proposals and Timelines will be shared with staff as soon as they are available each year. The stipend process will also be shared. Paraeducator Expectations - Define roles, duties per job description, classroom schedule, and classroom rules.
