AMBER BASTERASH Effiong Okon Clinical Laboratory Science Scholarship Amber is a junior-level, pre-clinical medical laboratory science and is minoring in society, behavior, and health. Amber works as an office assistant for the School of Health Sciences and Wellness and works as the campus garden and horticulture manager. This summer, she will start her clinical practicum at UW Health in Madison and looks forward to her future as a young professional. About the Scholarship Effiong Okon established this scholarship to provide a scholarship to a student majoring in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Laboratory Science. The scholarship is given to a student who, based on their application, it is felt that this scholarship would have a significant impact on their success in the Clinical Laboratory Field. Effiong Okon graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science in 2005.
