Being both a fitness coach at F45 and an entrepreneur at Luxury Smile, how do you balance the demands of a high-intensity fitness role with the responsibilities of running your own business? Balancing F45 Herricks and Luxury Smile is surprisingly manageable since they demand different things. F45 is physically intense, involving weights and constant movement. On the other hand, Luxury Smile is mentally demanding due to scheduling and patient communication. Despite their differences, they don't collide, and managing both is less complicated than people might think.

Could you share the journey of establishing a Luxury Smile and its connection to promoting overall well-being? How do you see the intersection of oral health and general wellness in your entrepreneurial venture? Starting Luxury Smile was a result of the pandemic shutting down gyms, and I was out of a job. Coming from a family deeply rooted in the dental industry, especially my mother who owns a dental office, I took a teeth whitening course. This opportunity aligned with my interest in looking and feeling great. Since then, I've been offering teeth whitening services at Luxury Smile. Considering the emphasis on holistic well- being at F45 Herricks and your commitment to fitness coaching and entrepreneurship, how do you both believe that physical fitness, mental, emotional health, and overall well-being intersect, and how does match in both the F45 studio and the entrepreneurial ventures like Luxury Smile? I firmly believe in the interconnectedness of everything. As a professor once said, "The way you do one thing is the way you do everything." Whether it's at F45 Herricks or Luxury Smile, my goal is to assist individuals in becoming a better version of themselves. Whether it's through intense workouts or enhancing their smiles, the end result is an improved sense of well-being, confidence, and integrity. Listening to their needs, both verbally and through body language, became crucial in inspiring them during Rumble Boxing classes.
As a coach at Rumble Glencove, how do you inspire and motivate individuals to push their limits, not only physically but also mentally, during their training sessions? Rumble Boxing sparked my interest in group fitness. After falling in love with my first class, I gained experience, honed my skills, and learned to understand what people needed during workouts.

Roasted Vegetable Stuffed Acorn Squash
DIRECTIONS 1.Preheat your oven: Set it to 400°F (200°C). Prepare the Squash: Place the halved acorn squashes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the squash is tender. 2. Prepare the Filling: While the squash is roasting, mix the cooked quinoa, Brussels sprouts, carrots, kale, cranberries, and pecans in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Toss until everything is well coated. 3. Stuff the Squash: Once the acorn squashes are done roasting, fill each half with the quinoa and vegetable mixture. 4. Roast Again: Place the stuffed squashes back in the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the vegetables are golden and tender. 5. W as born and raised on Long Island. Gianna graduated from the University of Rhode Island (GO RAMS). While studying Public Relations and Writing/Rhetoric, she worked with a team of booking agents, organizing concerts and comedy shows in the New England area. Some of which included Khalid, Josh Peck, Juice Wrld, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, Lil Baby, John Mulaney, and Joel McHale. After hoping to land a career in the entertainment booking industry post- college, COVID-19 put that dream on the back burner.
