• Degree in a construction related or facilities management discipline or demonstrate substantial relevant experience gained work- ing in a similar role. • Demonstrable experience working with senior management in a construction related/ facilities management field, coordinating and overseeing Strategic planning and compliance functions. • Comprehensive knowledge of work practices, processes, procedures relevant to the role, e.g. project management, Estates related planning and reporting processes, managing risk register. • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with a wide range of people on work/projects, demonstrating a flexible approach to work and building positive work- ing relationships with colleagues. • Thorough understanding of Health & Safety issues that affect the workplace and the ability to ensure local and legislative compliance.
