Fairmount Temple Property Development: A centerpiece of Beachwood’s future, the Fairmount Temple property project is poised to enter an exciting new phase. In 2025, city leaders will focus on selecting a developer-builder team to transform this property into an inclusive community. With a foundation built on extensive planning and community input, this development aims to blend forward-thinking design with the city’s cherished values, creating a model neighborhood that seamlessly blends with the community’s character. Solar Street Light Pilot Program: Beachwood is lighting the way to a sustainable future with the launch of its first residential solar street light pilot program. This innovative initiative will bring solar-powered lighting to Beachwood Boulevard and Ranch Road, reducing the city’s environmental footprint while maintaining reliable and cost-effective services. By leveraging renewable energy, this program reflects Beachwood’s dedication to environmental stewardship and fiscal responsibility. The city will actively monitor the pilot program to determine its efficacy and potential for broader implementation.
