Best Western Blackwell Inn Receives Prestigious Brand Award WICHITA, KS – February 16, 2018– The locally managed Best Western Blackwell Inn received the Best Western Ho- tels & Resorts’ Charmain’s Award, the brand’s highest honor for outstanding quality services. This recognition comes after the hotel received the company’s M.K. Guertin Award in 2017. The Chairman’s Award acknowledges Best Western’s top 5 percent out of 2,100 North American properties.
