turer and direct importer of foods, spices, and other health products. Metz represented
the landlord, Seagis Property Group in these transactions. Metz leased 10,331 s/f in Unit 5 at 1026 West Elizabeth Ave. in Linden to FinishMaster. FinishMaster one of the na- tional leaders in the automotive aftermarket, was represented by NAI James E Hanson . Metz represented the landlord, Seagis Property Group, in the transaction. With this transac- tion, Metz brought the property to full occupancy. The new lease with FinishMaster commences as the prior lease in the space expired, providing for zero vacancy/down time in between tenants at the building. NJEDA accepting donations to support small businesses impacted by COVID-19 TRENTON, NJ — TheNew Jersey Economic Develop- ment Authority (NJEDA) announced it will be accepting donations from individuals and companies to support the Authority’s Small Busi- ness Emergency Assistance Grant Program, which provides grants to NJ small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. Applications for the NJEDA’s Small Business Emergency Assistance Grant Program launched on April 3rd, 2020. Within an hour the program was oversubscribed; within a week the NJEDA received more than 30,000 applications. To address the massive need for support, the NJEDA has created a process for corporate and philanthropic partners to make donations to expand the program. Individuals and companies interested in donating to sup- port the Small Business Emer- gency Assistance Grant Pro- gram should contact NJEDA.
