JACKSON CAMPBELL 1966-1967 Though his tenure was brief, Jackson Campbell played a critical role in ensuring a smooth leadership transition and maintaining the fraternity’s national office operations.
During his tenure, A. F. Moultrie worked to enhance scholarship programs and community engagement, reinforcing Kappa Alpha Psi’s role as a leader in education and mentorship.
OSCAR L. MIMS 1986-1988 Oscar L. Mims focused on modernizing communication
EARL A. MORRIS 1967-1982 Serving for 15 years, Earl A. Morris helped oversee significant membership expansion and strengthened financial and administrative operations. His leadership saw the fraternity grow in influence across the country.
HILLIARY H. HOLLOWAY 1953-1965
As the first official Executive Secretary of Kappa Alpha Psi,
within the fraternity and increasing operational efficiency. His tenure provided stability and continuity during a time of organizational growth. Brother Mims was the 58th Elder Watson Diggs Awardee
Hilliary H. Holloway established the administrative structure that guided
the fraternity into the modern era. He emphasized financial
stability, membership services, and organizational efficiency, laying a strong foundation for future growth. Brother Holloway was the 22nd Grand Polemarch of Kappa Alpha Psi.
