He was born in Philadelphia, Penn- sylvania and now resides in Southern New Jersey with his Silhouette Nikita Brantley (Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.). Together, they have four chil- dren: Anthony, Danielle, Benjamin, and Daren Jr.

Davis has over 25 years of corporate finance and accounting experience, which has led to his holding various leadership positions and being recognized for numerous achievements. Gershom’s expertise is in strategic financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, process improvement, developing and implementing internal controls, financial systems integration & migration, finance transformation, and building & coaching highly successful teams. Brother Davis is the husband of 25 years to his lovely wife, Deirdre ( ΔΣθ ), his best friend and whose support is a driving force behind all his personal and professional suc- cess. Together they have two sons; Nicholas (22) and Noah (14), and one “bonus” daughter, Miashia (37).
DAREN K. BRANTLEY Senior Deputy Executive Director Daren K. Brantley, Sr. is a Spring 1984 initiate of The Rutgers, State Univer- sity of New Jersey Chapter, the Eta Epsilon of Kappa Alpha Psi. He is a Life Member on the National and Provin- cial level and is currently an active and financial member of the Willingboro Fort Dix-McGuire AFB (NJ) Alumni Chapter. As a member of his chapter, Brother Brantley has served as Pole- march, Vice Polemarch, Keeper of Records, Strategus, Social Action and Guide Right Chairman. In February 2015, Brother Brantley was appointed to serve on the North- eastern Province Board of Directors as the Assistant Southern Region Alumni Board Member and was elevated to the position of Southern Region Alumni Board Member in August 2019 and currently serves in this capacity. Brother Brantley is a graduate of Seton Hall University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Crim- inal Justice in June 1987. Gershom Davis is a Spring 1992 initiate of the Theta Nu chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc. at the University of Southwest- ern Louisiana (now named University of Louisiana-Lafayette), where he also served as Vice Polemarch and Keeper of Records. He is a Grand Chapter Life Member and currently a member of the Indianapolis Alumni Chapter. Brother Davis currently serves on the Finance Subcommittee of the Strategic Plan Implementation Team, which oversees the execution of the fraternity’s five- year strategic plan.
