A native of Pontiac, Michigan, Brother Hall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology with a minor in Criminal Justice. He is recognized as a highly productive risk management and compliance profes- sional with significant experience in corrections and law. Brother Hall is an alumnus of East- ern Michigan University. He has been actively involved in various capacities within the fraternity, including serving on the Resolutions Committee for the Northern Province. In his current position, Brother Hall is committed to enhancing the fra- ternity’s risk management strategies, ensuring the safety and well-being of its members, and upholding the organization’s standards.
Services for Kappa Alpha Psi Fra- ternity, Inc., a role he assumed on November 1, 2023. In this capacity, he acts as the liaison between the International Headquarters (IHQ) and the MTA, coordinates Kap- paOrg.com, and manages member services. Brother Hankins was initiated into the Omicron Kappa Chapter at Ursi- nus College in the Spring of 2002. He is an active member of the Chester (PA) Alumni Chapter and the Nor- ristown (PA) Alumni Chapter. His leadership roles within the fraternity include serving as Polemarch of the Chester Alumni Chapter and advising the Omicron Kappa, Mu Beta, and Widener University chapters, the latter now chartered as Rho Phi. At the province level, Brother Hankins served as the Membership Training Academy Chairman for the Northeastern Province from 2012 to 2023. He is a Life Member of the Grand Chapter and the Northeastern Province. Since 2007, he has been Communications Director for the National MTA Committee. In 2018, after a 16-year education career in Philadelphia, Brother Hankins was appointed as the first MTA Membership Manager at IHQ. During his tenure, he has undertaken significant projects, including serving as the MTA’s point person on the COVID-19 task force and leading the IHQ basement rehabilitation project. His contributions have been recognized with several awards from the Northeastern Province, including the Province Polemarch Award in 2013, 2016, and 2019; the Samuel C.
Hamilton Award in 2022; the Pole- march of the Province Large Chapter of the Year Award in 2013; and the Vice Polemarch of the Province Medium Chapter of the Year Award in 2012. Brother Hankins’ dedication to the Fraternity and his extensive experi- ence in leadership and management continue to enhance the develop- ment and support of Kappa Alpha Psi’s membership programs.
KEENAN E.Y. HARRIS Senior Accountant
Keenan E.Y. Harris is a senior accoun- tant for Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. He graduated from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, in May 2015 with a Dual Bachelor of Arts in Business Manage- ment and Accounting. After working in the private sector, he enrolled in Temple University’s Fox School of Business Master of Business Adminis- tration program in August 2020 and graduated in two years. Harris was first introduced to Kappa Alpha Psi through the Wilmington (DE) Alumni chapter’s Award-winning Guideright program, The Achievers, in 2009 as a high school senior. He
