was initiated into the fraternity in the spring of 2017 through Wilmington (DE) Alumni. Brother Harris served as the Chapter’s Keeper of Exchequer from 2017-2019. He reorganized the chart of accounts and simplified chapter reporting. From there, he established a Budget vs Actual spread- sheet to be used to show the financial health of the chapter based on the approved budget at the mid-year point and end of year. In 2019, Brother Harris was elected 1st Vice Polemarch. As 1st Vice Polemarch he led the chapter’s Adopt-A-Family program and trans- formed it to serve more families. He also initiated the reconstruction of the chapter’s website and social media presence. With only one year under his belt as 1st Vice Polemarch, mid pandemic and in the middle of his Mas- ter’s program at Temple University, Brother Harris was elected Polemarch of Wilmington (DE) Alumni during a special election in January of 2021. Under his leadership, the chapter has increased its exchequer, hosted the 93rd Northeastern Province Council, surpassed pre-COVID membership numbers, and won the Northeastern Province Reclamation award of 2023. After serving three years as Polemarch, Keenan now serves as a Board of Direc- tors member and chair of multiple committees. In January of 2019, Brother Harris left the banking industry to join the Finance team at Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity International Headquarters under the leadership of Linwood R. Green III. He joined the team as the Accounts Receivable Manager and was promoted

shortly after to Senior Accountant. In this new role, he supervises the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable roles, prepares financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually), and performs account rec- onciliations. Keenan has played a vital role in the establishment of several of the financial policies and procedures the fraternity practices. In January 2023, with the resignation of the Director of Finance, Keenan stepped up to help fill the void, taking on responsibilities including but not limited to processing bi-weekly payroll, initiating credit card authorizations, and presenting to the Grand Board of Directors on behalf of the Grand Keeper of Exchequer in his absence. Today, Brother Harris serves as the Accounting Manager, maintaining several of his previous responsibilities and adding new responsibilities.

In this role, he supports the success and sustainability of under- graduate chapters by collaborating with provincial leadership and indi- vidual chapters and acting as a liaison between university personnel and the fraternity’s International Headquar- ters (IHQ). Brother Nixon was initiated into the Eta Upsilon Chapter at Mississippi State University in Spring 2018, where he served as Vice Polemarch. He was elected as an Undergraduate Grand Board of Directors Member during the fraternity’s 34th Administration and was honored as the 98th Guy L. Grant Awardee. He is a Grand Chapter Life Member and currently a National

Achievement Academy chair. Academically, Brother Nixon

earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Financial Planning from Iowa State University. Before his role at IHQ, Nixon was a professional track and field ath- lete specializing in the 800 meters, competing for Adidas and the Atlanta Track Club. He collaborated with national sports committees, including USA Track & Field and TrackTown USA, contributing to their national marketing strategies. Additionally, he served as a board member for the National Amateur Fall Baseball Federation, where he played a key role in governance, strategic direction, and financial management. Before his ath- letic career, Nixon supported a leading re-entry program in Alabama, assisting participants in obtaining high school diplomas and General Educational
