In his current capacity, Brother Nixon is responsible for collecting and managing undergraduate demographic data, planning undergraduate-related events for the Grand Chapter Meeting, and assisting provincial leadership with the expansion and reactivation of undergraduate chapters at colleges and universities nationally and abroad. Brother Nixon’s diverse experiences and unwavering commitment to the fraternity position him to make signifi- cant contributions to the development and support of Kappa Alpha Psi’s undergraduate members and their academic communities.

Brother Nettles has dedicated over a decade to traveling across the country as an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter, providing access to the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. He is also an educational speaker sup- porting college students in fraternity and sorority life. Brother Nettles was initiated into the Iota Iota Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi at Oregon State University in Spring 2010. During his undergradu- ate tenure, he held several leadership positions, including serving as the Iota Iota Chapter Polemarch and Vice Polemarch. He was also a Western Province Board of Directors member and a fellow of the Undergraduate Leadership Institute (ULI). His professional experience includes roles such as Assistant Director of Fraternity/Sorority Life at Florida International University, Senior Health Educator at Arizona State University, and Director of Health Education at the Maryland Institute College of Art. In these positions, he focused on develop- ing young adults and college students, facilitating their successful transitions into the workforce and graduate school. He holds a bachelor’s degree in ASL/ English Interpreting from Western Oregon University and a Master of Science in College Student Services Administration from Oregon State University. His passion for education and youth development is evident in his commitment to elevating young individuals to their next level of achievement. In his role as Director of Under- graduate and University Affairs, Brother Nettles continues to support

undergraduate chapters and foster partnerships with universities, ensur- ing the fraternity’s mission aligns with the academic and personal develop- ment of its members.

JAHMATIS K. RAINEY Deputy Director of Finance

Jahmatis K. Rainey, having several years of legal, financial and compli- ance experience, Rainey has a track record of proven financial excellence in diverse industries. He recently served as the Finance Director for New Jer- sey’s 38th Legislative District Senator and two Assembly members. He was previously a Compliance Officer for Val Demings for U.S. Senate Campaign in the state of Florida. Brother Rainey served as Assistant Keeper of Records, Assistant Exche- quer, MTA committee member, and mentor for the Chesapeake-Virginia Beach (VA) Alumni Chapter’s Beau- tillion Militaire Program. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with an emphasis in public administration from Norfolk State University. He is currently pursuing a MBA at Longwood University. ♦

TRENTON A. NETTLES Director of Undergraduate and University Affairs Trenton A. Nettles is Director of Undergraduate and University Affairs for Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. In this capacity, he is responsible for col- lecting and managing undergraduate data, coordinating with college pro- fessionals, and assisting the Province Chapter Advisor Chairman. A native of Tacoma, Washington,
