NAVIGATING CHANGE AND RISK MANAGEMENT Adaptability and proactive manage- ment are critical in the face of an ever-evolving organizational land- scape. Jason Hall, Director of Risk Management, highlights the impor- tance of preparedness and awareness. “I manage risk proactively by adhering to policies and processes, fostering a culture of accountability, and leverag- ing data-driven insights to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges.” His leadership ensures that risk man- agement remains a fraternity-wide priority, securing the organization’s stability and growth. Brantley echoes this sentiment, emphasizing the necessity of listening and learning from experienced staff members. “We have many staff who have seen the organization change in many different ways over the years. I often communicate with them because they have experienced change more so than I have.”

Deputy Director of Finance Jahmatis Rainey reinforces this commitment. “By examining financial statements and cash flow trends, I can identify potential risks or shortfalls. Since my tenure, I have been working diligently to diversify the fraternity’s revenue streams as well as monitoring our sustained programs.” COMMITMENT TO UNDERGRADUATE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT Supporting undergraduate members is a key priority for Kappa Alpha Psi’s leadership. Trenton Nettles, Director of Undergraduate and university Affairs, has led the increase in trans- parency around undergraduate data, worked extensively with Greek Life, Student Affairs, and myriad other college professionals on the fraterni- ty’s behalf, and works with Province Chapter Advisor leadership. Daniel Nixon, Director of Under- graduate and University Affairs, emphasizes the importance of men- torship and support. “Listening is the first and most important step in addressing the needs and concerns of our undergraduate members. I work to create programs and initiatives that empower undergraduates both person- ally and professionally.” His leadership fosters environments where young members can thrive academically and professionally. This focus is echoed by Brantley, who meets regularly with the Director of Undergraduate and University Affairs to identify and address stu- dent needs. “The DUUA identifies internship, employment, training,
