Martial Arts: ISKC Karate Youth • AGES 7-14 ISKC’s Youth karate classes will put children in touch with their bodies and offers a good mix of strength training, with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises. Children increase their coordination, agility and poise, as well as learn lasting personal safety skills. They also benefit from the mental stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming to the class rules. Martial Arts: Kid’s Karate Club - Little Tigers • AGES 3-4 This exciting martial arts program is geared to develop key skills in younger students. Students will learn and practice through games and drills to develop focus, coordination, balance, agility and persistence. Students will also learn the basics in karate with belt progression. It is taught in a unique way where children are encouraged to have fun and gain confidence. The program targets many building blocks including respect, self-esteem, self-confidence and leadership, but most importantly, family involvement.
