Tariq Bin Shalhoub , representing Soor Al Watan , has over 40 years of experience in Security Operations, Executive Protection, and K-9 training. At Saudi Aramco and Saudi Customs, he secured top leadership, and in 1986, trained the first K-9 teams for the Saudi Royal Guard and Security Special Forces. His expertise spans offshore security, investigations, protective services, and K-9 unit supervision, establishing him as a respected authority in international security.

As the first in Saudi Arabia to receive an accredited qualification in attack and guard dog training, he specializes in police dogs for narcotics, explosives, and search and rescue. He has managed K-9 divisions, developed training programs, and led security projects for the Saudi Royal Air Force and Royal Guard.

He has held senior roles in private security firms and consulted for the US Department of Defence. Currently, he leads ISS’s international growth, particularly in Saudi Arabia, while managing high-profile security operations.
