ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP

Dress Code: Business Casual – Jacket required for men, suitable, like attire for women Only primary Resident, Life, and Absent* Members are eligible to vote and a photo ID is required. Eligible Members who are unable to attend the Meeting may cast their vote at the Arlington Administration Office on Saturday, 5 October and on Monday, 7 October, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or at the Fairfax Lobby on Saturday, 5 October from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and on Monday, 7 October from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Those who chose to vote prior to the Meeting will not be able to vote on any motions made from the floor, and may face the potential of having their absentee vote invalidated by a floor motion. Members who wish to vote earlier or have questions regarding on vote eligibility should contact the Administration Office at (703) 521-6800, ext. 1201 or 1204. You may email the club requesting a ballot at lien.dao@ancc.org or nancy.mosier@ancc.org.

Rainbow City will be available from 6:30 to 9:30 PM. Reservations may be made online here.

Word of Mouth Referral is the best way to bring newMembers to the Club! Recruit a new Resident Member and receive a $300 credit that you can spend throughout the Club. Does not include newMembers who join under the Newly Commissioned, No Initiation Fee category. The $300 credit may be applied to everything except Dues, Capital Infusion, Initiation Fees and the Employee Appreciation Fund. Member must be the Primary Sponsor to receive the credit, which may not be applied retroactively.
