Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building before/after business hours need a PIN, apply here.

FITNESS

Classes meet in the Group Fitness Studio on the main level of the Clubhouse. Please register online by clicking here. Classes are offered on a subscription basis and “drop-ins” are allowed at some classes for a higher fee. Between the 15th and 25th of each month, Members may sign up for the following month’s classes online, by calling extension 1234, or by emailing john.porter@ancc.org. BeGinner's yoga & Stretch - Mon. at 9:45 AM & wed. at 11:00 Am For students with no previous yoga experience. Learn the fundamentals of a Vinyasa yoga practice in a slow environment to increase flexibility. group exercise studio SCHEDULE Forever Fit - Mon. at 4:00 pm & Thurs. at 11:00 am (45 min) To help you stay active and healthy as you grow older, this class focuses on balance, flexibility, and light strengthening. Fitness Fusion - Tues. (for Beginners) / Thurs. at 8:30 am A combination of step aerobics, full-body toning, and core conditioning, all in one class! A full-body workout that incorporates powerful Pilates exercises to build core strength and stability, and soothing stretches (from yoga). CSI (Core-Stretch Integration)- mon./wed. at 6:00 PM

New "Beginner's Yoga & Stretch" Class Mondays at 9:45 AM & Wednesdays at 11:00 AM previously obtained a PIN for the touchpad security system, you need not apply again. Members using the Fitness Center between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM weekdays (or between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM weekends) will not need to obtain a PIN as the door will remain unlocked during those hours. This class is designed for those students who have no previous yoga experience. Students will be learning the fundamentals of a Vinyasa yoga practice in a slow and safe environment. The class will begin with some gentle stretching to open the entire body (legs, shoulders, hips, back). You will then transition to very simple yoga poses to increase flexibility, strength and balance. The class will end with some core exercises followed by a three-minute relaxation. Fitness Yoga - Fri. at 5:45 PM

Designed specifically for golfers & tennis players, this class will include slow paced yoga poses emphasizing positions and extensions of the shoulders and hips to open up tight joints.

Pilates - Mon. & WEd. at 8:30 Am & 5:00 PM

Enjoy an age-defying full body workout. Gain core strength, flexibility, better balance and posture!

Gentle Yoga - tues./thurs. at 9:45 AM

An easy slow-paced flow of Hatha Yoga which focuses on deep breathing, proper alignment, and standing balances.

Power Yoga - Sun. at 4:00 PM (75 Min)

This is a more advanced class with higher intensity flow but modifications will be offered. Alignment meets power with arm balances, inversions, and core work using small weights.

Restorative Yoga - TUes. at 11:00 AM

Appropriate for students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and nourishing practice. No prior yoga experience is required.

Toning + Abs - tues. at 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM, ThurS. at 6:00 pm, saturday at 10:00 AM

A full-body workout with weights, body bars, med balls, and tubing, with an emphasis on core conditioning.

Yoga Fusion - Sat. at 8:45 AM

Yoga Therapy - Wed. at 9:45 AM Release tension while improving postural alignment. Props will be used as needed for modifications. A workout combining yoga with strength training and deep stretching.
