Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) This nationally-recognized program is designed as both an introduction for new maintenance professionals or as a refresher course for veteran employ- ees. The technical, hands-on curriculum provides the knowledge and tools necessary to run an effective maintenance program.
Classes are offered as standalone seminars or together to earn the CAMT credential. Instructed by: Dan Gordon, AVCO Supply; Brian Collins, HD Supply; and Todd Sajewicz, The Home Depot
Course Dates: March 15 and 16 - Electrical March 22 and 23 - Plumbing April 4 and 5 - Basic Appliances May 9 - Interior and Exterior May 23 and 24 - HVAC (held at our Annual Conference in Atlantic City) Location: Unless otherwise noted, classes are held at the NJAA Headquarters in Monroe Twp.
