ERSEY CITY, NJ — A Popeyes Louisiana Kitch- en franchisee has leased 2,000 s/f at Twin City Shopping Center in Jersey City, becoming the latest din- ing tenant to join the retail mix at this Hudson County shopping destination. Levin Management Corporation (LMC) , leasing and manag- ing agent for the 94,000 s/f, grocery-anchored property, or- chestrated the long-term lease. “Quick-service and fast- casual restaurants are increas- ingly popular with today’s con- sumers,” said E.J. Bob Behler of Bennett Williams represented the seller. 5,264 s/f office building sold at 720 Norman Dr., North Cornwall Twp., Lebanon County for $820,000. Queen St., York Twp., York County for $1,803,492. CJP Investments, LLC pur- chased the property from Dun Management, LLC. Brian Parrish , Chad Stine and Brad Rohrbaugh represent- ed the seller in the transaction. 9,100 s/f retail building sold at 1055 Baltimore St., Penn Twp., York County for $750,000. Garey Enterprises III, LLC purchased the prop- erty from Northwest Savings Bank.
